Transport of disabled people
Disabled people or people with reduced mobility are entitled, like any citizen, to board and use, without any direct or indirect discrimination, the public road transport and track-based modes by paying the statutory fee per category of means of transport.
In this context, disabled people have priority in seat reservation, boarding and descending from buses. The company accepts small animals accompanying visually impaired people and provides a 50% discount on the ticket. In case of persons with severe mobility problems, it is possible that a guardian is required, because the elevated KTEL buses do not favour the boarding and disembarkation of passengers. Otherwise, another way of traveling will be considered for these persons
Transport of Pets
The transport of small pet animals by road and track-based modes is permitted under the responsibility of the passenger and at the discretion of the driver or other authorized personnel of the carrier depending on the occupancy of the vehicle and the safety of the passengers (excluding assistance dogs), provided that :

Minor passengers
It is forbidden to transport children up to the age of six (6) years without an accompanying person. The accompanying person is responsible for the safe transport of the child and together they occupy a passenger seat which is located behind another seat. Children between the ages of six (6) and fifteen (15) years are permitted to use in groups of three (3) a double, single seat, provided that it is located behind another passenger seat.
Minors over twelve (12) years of age may travel with the company under the supervision of the driver, only if there has been prior telephone communication with the parents or guardians, telephone numbers have been provided and specific persons, indicated by their parents or guardians, are waiting for them when they disembark .
Transfer of students
In the context of intensive checks on the quality of transportation of students, the company takes responsibility for the safety and accuracy of transportation. In this respect, the most suitable buses, which have safety belts based on modern European standards, are provided.
Today, 43 routes are operated daily, carrying approximately 962 primary and secondary school students with 7 accompanying teachers to their schools.
